1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing www.toria.ie and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Services Toria offers handcrafted luxury skincare, spa, and apothecary products, digital and physical books, mini-guides, and weekly educational content. All educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or professional advice.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Order Confirmation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon receipt of our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Delivery Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Physical products (where applicable) are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or customs delays.

6. Consumer Rights & Returns In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish consumer law:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving physical goods without giving a reason.
  • Digital products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once downloading has commenced, provided prior consent was given at purchase.
  • Personalised or custom-made items may be exempt from the right of return.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods in their original condition.

7. Intellectual Property All content on www.toria.ie — including text, images, formulations, guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of Strongwill Ltd. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Strongwill Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. Nothing herein limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
