REFUND POLICY

Physical Products We want you to love your Toria products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused physical products in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at victoriah@toria.ie within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return (applicable on selected physical products only)
- We will provide return instructions
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds are processed within 30
- days of receiving the returned item
- We cannot accept returns on personalised, custom-made, or perishable items
Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods (books, mini-guides, downloadable content), we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, provided you gave prior consent to this at the time of purchase. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your digital purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
